Actum is designed so an issued euro, dollar, bond, fund share, commodity claim, ticket, or real-world asset does not need a separate token contract to become legible to the network. Asset identity, supply authority, policy, and evidence are protocol concepts that wallets, validators, applications, and proofs can interpret consistently.

Compliance is a profile, not a global switch

Jurisdiction-aware rules can change without changing the asset.

Issuers and operators publish versioned profiles for the markets they serve—such as the EU, US, Tanzania, or Kenya. Each profile names its accepted credentials, screening sources, freshness limits, transfer fields, and review authority. At admission time, the chain selects the applicable, non-expired profile deterministically; conflicting or ambiguous profiles go to an identified manual-review process, and unresolved cases fail closed.
