Freeze canonical types, authorization semantics, state transitions, and external verification boundaries.

Adversarial rehearsal

Exercise consensus, restarts, replays, migrations, and operational recovery across a multi-validator devnet.

Public testnet

Open participation with observable gates for safety, performance, decentralization, and verifier compatibility.

Launch qualification

Require the exact release candidate to pass deterministic tests, formal checks, canonical vectors, and process rehearsals.

Economics

Security is paid for by useful, accountable work.

The native staked asset secures consensus. Issuance is bounded by transparent protocol rules and directed toward the work the network needs: validation, proving, availability, and other measurable services. Specialized providers compete on service without inheriting authority over validity.
